I just don't trust MS when it comes to security but I will say for basic free AV for the average user it's a viable option for granny

But you have to admit it kicked that TDL3 rootkits butt when it came to removal not many can clean it. It took a few reboots but it took care of it. usually i have to run HMP or MBAM when a TDL3 is on a machine.

rootkits are the biggest problem I see on a day to day basis so that is good to see
