Microsoft claims that it will release the official Internet Explorer 9 in September. And Until now it has released the IE 9 Preview platform, IE 9 Preview Platform 3 ( http://www.downloadatoz.com/utility_directory/internet-exporer-9/ ).

That is what I am reading MS wants to shut out XP anyway what better way to push people to buy Windows 7
