FBackup Free Backup Software

Just came across this backup software and it works very well

I thought backup programs came installed on the computer. Also should I back up to a disk or external hard drive?

Most of the backup programs that come preinstalled on OEM PC's are not that great I really like GFI Backup it's one of the nicest I have used to date and it's free.

As for backup media's I prefer externals I have all of my machines backup to an external from across my network using GFI every night at 3 AM
