I don't like the 2007 Office

I don't like the new 2007 look of Office and I also don't like the fact that they changed the file extensions so that they don't work with 2003 Office without converters what's the point of changing Office it's fine the way it's been I can see changing an operating system but leave Office alone I see no actual improvement in what they've done just headaches
